MARLBOROUGH – The Greater Grace Christian Fellowship of Marlborough is seeking donations to support the Children of Grace orphanage in Uganda.

He organizes the event with FUN Drive, which is a program run by Change Savers thrift store.

This effort aims to collect clothing for men, women and children as well as home textiles and small household items.

FUNDrive will then purchase the donated goods, providing funds to go towards the orphanage.

Clothing donations can include coats, shoes, scarves, handbags, accessories, ties, belts and backpacks. Household textiles can include bedding, blankets, towels, linens, pillows or curtains.

As for household items, the fraternity seeks donations primarily of kitchen items, toys, games, and small electronics.

The fellowship asks donors to use bags for clothing and textiles and boxes for small household items.

Community members can drop off donations on Saturday, February 5 at Greater Grace Church from noon to 4 p.m. The church is located at 187 Pleasant St. in Marlborough.
